China produced 7.53 million units of motor in the first four months in 2012, year-on-year down by 10.9%, and sold 7.61 million units of motor in January to April, keeping yearly decrease of 10.3%,which created a record low in the past five years, according to statistics from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
However, motor export seems getting warmer. China exported 760,100 units of motor in April, monthly down by 1.6%, but decline range narrowed compared to the last month.
In the first four months, China exported 2.76 million units of motor, year-on-year decreasing 6.9%, but export value increased 7.6% to 1.467 billion dollars, CAAM said.
