China's automobile stocks stood at 919,200 units by the end of April, up 6.7 percent from that registered at the beginning of the month, according to the latest statistics released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
Specifically, the inventories of passenger cars and commercial vehicles were 681,600 units and 237,600 units by the end of April, up 8.3 percent and 2.4 percent, respectively, from a month ago.
