China (Western) Sci-Tech Achievement Exchange and Connection Conference of Tire Resource Recycling Industry was held in Yanting county, Sichuan province.
Tire recycling companies from nationwide came here and exchange their advanced technologies and equipment.
Xiang Yun, governor of Yanting county, said China (Western) Tire Resource Recycling Park is a sci-tech environmental protection project in which Yanting gave special support as well as the largest tire resource recycling base in the west.
With an overall investment of 2.3 billion yuan, the park is planned to take up an area of 1,350 mu, and its annual capacity of tire disposal will be 400,000 tons.
On the conference, companies from Shandong, Shanxi and Anhui provinces exhibited their innovative results.
The intelligent rubber powder and reclaimed rubber production line of Sichuan Leshan Yalian Machinery was highly praised by the participants.
During the conference, four companies signed cooperation agreements.
After the conference, participants visited the planning center of Yanting county, the economic development zone, and Zhongyi Industrial Park.
Sichuan Minfeng Environment Protection Technology has invested 120 million yuan and settled in the industrial park.
Chen Bende, person in charge of the company, said the firm produces reclaimed rubber, cured rubber powder and asphalt, and the production base has already come on stream, with expected annual cured rubber powder of 5,000 tons and sales revenue of 90 million yuan. In addition, the base will provide 350 jobs.
The conference was jointly held by Yanting government, Sichuan Tire Retreading and Utilization Association, and Chengdu Zhongyi Chancheng Construction Development Group.
The event aims to realize industrial transformation and upgrade via sci-tech project communication and cooperation, boost green, clustered development, and to create an integrated industry chain in China (West) Tire Recycling Industry Park with advanced scientific and technical achievements.
