During Sept.11-15, Shandong full-steel tire' starting ratio was 62.47%, month-on-month rising by 8.68%, and year-on-year decreasing 9.4%.
Meanwhile, China's semi-steel tire's starting ratio was 65.61%, monthly down by 0.17% and yearly dived 8.88%.
