China’s brand rating unit Chnbrand has issued China Net Promoter Score (C-NPS) 2018 for Auto Tires on Jan. 10.
A total of 9 brands are among the list, including Chinese brands Doublestar and Huili.
The nine brands are Michelin, Dunlop, Bridgestone, Doublestar, Goodyear, Huili, Kumho, Pirelli, and Hankook.
Pirelli was acquired by China National Chemical Corp. and is still an Italian brand.
Doublestar is a newcomer, while the rankings of Dunlop and Bridgestone have ascended.
C-NPS was firstly released in 2015 as China’s first ranking system of consumers’ recommendations.
The ranking system has received special branding strategic funding by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The scores on all sectors have dropped in 2018 as recommenders decrease.
It means that winning consumers’ recommendations has become increasingly difficult as their tastes increase.
