According to statistics announced by China's National Development and Reform Commission, China produced 3.87 million tons of synthetic rubber in the first nine months, rising by 11.9% compared to the same period of 2013.
China also produced 827.37 million units of tires in the first three quarters in 2014, year-on-year increasing 7.8%.
