China produced 6.2 million units of rubber tires in the past eight months, year-on-year rising 9.5%, compared to the same period of 2015. And China produced 80 million units of tires in August, yearly rising 10.2%, according to statistics from China National Bureau of Statistics.
Meanwhile, China produced 3.5 million tons of synthetic rubber during January to August, yearly increasing 7.2%, and produced 477,000 tons in August, yearly 12.8% compared to the same period of 2015.
