Brazil is expected to put off the deadline of anti-dumping probe against tires of agricultural machines imported from China and to hold a hearing, according to China’s Ministry of Commerce.
The South American country decides to put off the deadline of anti-dumping probe against agricultural machine tires from China for up to eight months since Oct. 14.
The investigation organ in Brazil plans to hold an anti-dumping hearing about China’s agricultural machines.
The hearing allows only enterprises with certifications to attend. Attendees have to submit the speeches to Brazil authorities via the SDD system before June 10 and to submit the lists of representatives before June 17.
Findings of preliminary ruling issued by Brazil not long ago on anti-dumping of an anti-dumping investigation against tires of agricultural machines imported from China confirmed that dumping exists in those tires imported from China and caused injury to tire industry in Brazil.
