Japan's natural rubber imports in October surged 317% on year to 192,050 metric tons, according to the Rubber Trade Association of Japan released on Thursday (December 6, 2012).
The import figure was 373% higher from the previous month.
Japanis one of the top importers of natural rubber around the globe.
