Vietnamexported an estimated 55,000 metric tons of rubber in March, a surge of 77.4% from the previous month and basically flat with that in March 2012, according to the government's General Statistics Office.
Value of the monthly exports is estimated at 140 million US dollars in March, up from 86 million US dollars in February.
In the first three months of this year, Vietnam exported an estimated 194,000 tons of rubber valued at 522 million US dollars, down 9.3% in volume compared with the same period of 2012.
