According to ANRPC's latest report, natural rubber production of ANRPC members year-on-year rose by 1.8%. Amongst, their export rose by 7.7%, and import rose by 9.9%, but their consumption rose by only 1%.
In the first three months, natual rubber production in Thailand, Cambodia and Pilipinas realized growth, and of Thailand grew 7%. Meanwhile, China's natural rubber production decreased 38%.
On export, Thailand performed best, reaching 14.9% of growth in the first three months, and Indonesia grew 7.3%. Others like Vietnam and malaysia, showed different extend of decline.
Report also said that natural rubber stock in ANRPC further declined in the period. For example, NB stock in Thailand dropped over 80,000 tons in February.
