Jiangsu Runchang Rubber Technology is predicted to put its first phase of tire program into operation at the end of 2016. The first phase program includes 600,000 units/year of full-steel heavy-duty radial tire production line and 4 million units/year of half-steel radial tire production line.
With a total investment of 1.4 billion yuan, Runchang Rubber Technology will build up 1.2 million units/year of full-steel heavy-duty radial tire production line and 10 million units/year of half-steel radial tire production line in all.
In the first phase of program, there are 6 half-steel tire products including 205/65R15、225/60R16、205/60R15、275/55R20、285/50R20、235/45R17， taking 54% of total production, and 3 full-steel tire products including 11R22.5、295/75R22.5、11.00R20, taking another half production .
The second phase will put into operation at the end of 2017.
