Fuma E-commerce is the e-commerce marketing platform of Qingdao Fullrun Tyre Co., Ltd.
By utilizing the R&D, production, talent, brand, marketing network and other resources of Fullrun Tyre, Fuma E-commerce is dedicated to the O2O marketing in the auto aftermarket sector.
Fuma E-commerce operates own-brand tires, including Fullrun, Antyre, and Autogrip, which have been sold to more than 160 countries and regions.
Over the past decade, the company exported tires valued 2.5 billion U.S. dollars, 50 million passenger car tires, and 13 million truck and bus tires, accumulatively.
With the help of the capital market, Fuma E-commerce plans to serve domestic auto aftermarket with the Apps designed and developed by itself and the online marketing platform within three years.
At the same time, the firm plans to drive the promotion of rim, engine oil, brake-shoe, windshield wiper, glass-film, auto insurance and other products on the basis of its own brands.
It aims at boosting the sales revenue to 300 million yuan, one billion yuan and 10 billion in 3, 5 and 10 years.
Listing in Qianhai Equity Exchange, start-ups will be able to raise funds through private placement and direct sale to issue debts and stocks.
