The scrap tire recycling program in southern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region officially came on stream.
The program was invested by Bayingol Deshenglongchang Renewable Energy Technology Services Co., Ltd. with 75 million yuan.
The program is capable of recycling 75,000 tons of scrap tires, producing 33,750 tons of clean fuel oil, 25,120 tons of carbon black, and recycling 7,500 tons of steel wire, with an annual sales income of 100 million yuan.
With the program coming on stream, the gap of scrap tire recycling in southern Xinjiang was filled. Environmental pollution induced by traditional way in dealing with scrap tires, such as burning and burying, has been avoided. It also helps construct anenergy-efficient society, reduce the waste of resources, and protect the environment with social and economic benefits.
