China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation has announced 17 companies winning the “pacemaker” title for energy-efficiency and related indicators.
Included were four tire companies, namely Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber, Prinx Chengshan, Aeolus Tyre, and Qingdao Sentury Tire.
The modeling all-steel radial tire producers were Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber, Prinx Chengshan, and Aeolus Tyre; and the modeling semi-steel radial tire producers were Prinx Chengshan, Qingdao Sentury Tire, and Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber.
The ranking of companies takes the comprehensive energy consumption per tons of tires as a major indicator.
CPCID said issuing the list aims to boost the development and upgrade of green industry, increase energy efficiency and promote the energy conservation of the industry.
