Guizhou Tyre and Shanxi Anlun Chemical signed a strategic framework cooperation agreement on Aug. 23.
The two sides are to establish partnership in terms of carbon black supply, technical cooperation, and new product development.
He Yuping, general manager of Guizhou Tyre said the cooperation is in accordance with the company’s condition for strategic cooperation and both the two sides will fulfill their duties.
