Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co. plans to invest 700 million yuan to build the largest tire industrial park in northeast China, which is designed to cover an area of 80,000 square meters.
The project will include construction of two production lines. One is designed with a daily production capacity of 40,000 pieces of motorbike tires, while the other one will be able to produce 500,000 pieces of car tires a year.
The project will also include construction of a rubber R&D center and a logistics node.
According to the company’s plan, the two new production lines will launch production by the end of 2018.
Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire was founded in 2013, based on its predecessor of a state-owned rubber firm. Its main products include butyl inner tubes for cars, flaps and inner tubes for tractors.
