Guangdong Guangken Rubber Group has announced the natural rubber output of its subsidiary in Thailand.
By the end of Nov., the annual output of Guangken Rubber’s Mekong processing base in Thailand exceeded 50,000 tons for the first time, up 28% year on year.
The plant is capable of processing and producing 55,000 natural rubber, nearly 40% more than the designed capacity.
This year, Guangken Rubber’s Mekong plant confronted a variety of issues and it has been very hard to increase the output.
In addition, the output and sales of the group’s own factories and joint venture in Thailand performed well.
The total outputs of the five processing factories of Guangken Rubber reached 185,000 tons by the end of Nov., and those for the whole year is expected to exceed 200,000 tons, up nearly 90% year on year.
