Sailun Jinyu Group Co., Ltd. has announced that its controlling shareholder is going to change.
The enterprise issued 407,523,509 ordinary shares privately in Nov.
Du Yudai, board chairman of Sailun Jinyu, and Yan Wanhua, the vice-chairman, subscribed 109,717,868 shares and 47,021,943 shares, the combine of which accounting for 5.80% of the total shares.
Macrolink Holdings Co., Ltd. has subscribed 188,087,774 shares, accounting for 6.96% of the total.
Before that, Du was the controlling shareholder that held a 6.45% stake of 147,960,670 shares of issued shares.
Macrolink Holdings was the second largest shareholder with a 6.13% stake of 140,684,779 shares.
After the private placement, Du holds a 9.54% stake of 257,678,538 shares; while Macrolink Holdings holds a 12.17% stake of 328,772,553 shares, becoming the controlling shareholder.
However, the actual controller of Sailun Jinyu, Du, hasn’t been changed.
