Trelleborg Tire Industry Product (Xingtai) Co., Ltd. appealed May 15 to the US Court of International Trade with regard to the final results of the US Department of Commerce’s retrial, which decided to continue the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy approaches against the off-the-road tires imported from China.
The Chinese company reckons the results of the retrial weren’t base on concrete evidence.
Trelleborg is the fifth company to appeal the retrial results of the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy decision against OTR tires.
Before that, Aeolus Tyre, Guizhou Tyre, Xuzhou Xugong Tire, and Qingdao Fullworld International Trade have all submitted the petitions.
Headquartered in Sweden, the Trelleborg Group, the parent company of Trelleborg Tire Industry Product, set up two exclusively owned tire production companies in Xingtai, Hebei province.
Trelleborg Tire Industry Product manufactures inflated agricultural radial tires, forest tires and engineering tires, with sizes ranging from 18-inch to 42-inch.
